Dull abdominal pain???????????????
I'm having dull abdominal pain thats been going on for a few days. The pain is located in the lower abdomen above my pelvis. It doesnt hurt when i press on it, just when i move. I dont have any other symptoms. Any ideas?

Could be a lot of things: constipation, gastroenteritis, a bowel tumor, appendicitis--if you're having abdominal pain you need to go see a doctor--and get a reliable diagnosis.
