Even if you hate Kobe Bryant, would you admit he was good in his Prime?

I know most people in this section hate Kobe bryant which sucks cause he's my favorite player.

But would you at least be willing to admit he used to be a good player when he was in his prime years?

As a loyal Heat fan, yea of course. There's no doubt Kobe Bryant is one of the greatest players to ever play the game. In his prime, there were very few players that were able to slow Kobe down offensively. He accomplished so much in his career its remarkable. Anyone else who says otherwise is probably ignorant.

Excuse me but he is still in his prime. If you don't consider 29 ppg in his prime then idk what ur talking about. Anybody who says the kobe was/is a bad player is mentally challenged. One of the most clutch players to ever play. Can just pull up and drain shots. Good passer. His fg% is pretty high so you cant say hes a ball hog really and he only takes those contested jumpers cause is team needs him. He is one of the all time greats. First Ballet HOF

Yes. He was one of the best players in the league for years.

    1) I've never denied he was a good player, I think he is still a good player.

But I will never rank him above Bird or Magic, like his fans do..

I'll admit he established himself as a legend in his prime but that's as far as I'll go.

    well,

Kobe in his prime was up there with jordan, he didn't have the same talent around him as jordan so winning games wasn't really happening which meant MVP was coming his way, you have to win games to get MVP, so I agree with you, these young kids are overhyping their generation of players with social media.
