What type of exercise do I need?

I'm thirteen years old. I'm a girl.

I weigh 104 lbs, and I'm 5 feet tall.

I need to know what types of exercise, maybe suggestions for a daily routine, any kind of help that I can get.

I have major issues with exercise induced asthma so obviously yoga is a good idea. What type of stuff should I do?

If I use my inhaler, I can pretty much run. I can't run for longer than two minutes straight though. I would die.

Exercise suggestions please.

Im 13, im 5'1, and I weigh 105 pounds. For my exercise routine, I go to a gym with a trainer 2-3 times a week. If you go with a personal trainer with a solo lesson, they can help build exercises so you wont have a problem with your asthma. You can also do situps, planks, or crunches. Weight training is also good. With weights, you can do curls, reverse curls, and step ups. They work too. This is what I usually do. Hope I helped:)
