Accidently left my refrigerator door opened while gone for 4 hours?

I did not close my double door refrogerator. when I left and came home 4 hours later and the temperature is 113 what needs to be thrown away????? Help!!!

    Milk, eggs, cheese, and whatever generally can't be left out on the counter. Fruit and vegetables if you keep them in there should be okay as well as anything that's not opened yet but you had in there cause you like it cold (like juice or ketchup or salad dressing).

    If you bought something in your refrigerator that was on a shelf in the store and it's unopened... it's just fine. If it's opened... check to see if it says "refrigerate after opening" and if not it'll be okay.

    I'd throw out raw meats if you're not going to cook them that day.

    that's going to be great. in spite of the fact that if the door replaced into no longer closed (sealed), the refrigerator nonetheless is cooling to a secure and sturdy temperature. in case you had no power and did this there would be extra reason at the back of concern. you need to turn the temperature down for a on a similar time as (an hour or so) and then returned to commonplace to stabilize the refrigerator returned.
