Ways to get Free 3G on iPod?

I have a question, I have an iPod touch 5 But I want 3G on it. I've heard the Peel cases are good but my question is are they available in America and if so, which stores actually sell them. I don't want to jailbreak it either

    There is no 3G radio on iPod, so you're stuck with WiFi.
