Help!?!? I need to loose wight fast!!!?

I am interested in a girl, I want to be on the HS football team, and the baseball team I am 5'6 150 13 years old and for all you people that are all like "you're still growing" ....no I need it plz help me I have been dieting too I used to weigh 160 now I weigh 150.0 so please help me

    Im not kidding when I say this, replace your meals with protein bars or shakes and eat a good dinner. Start running right now. Give this about 3 weeks every day. ( i also think your dumb doing this your body shouldn't go through change that quickly rapid weight loss can lead to big problems and also if your stupid and uneducated in weight training which i suspect you are, you could actually be tearing and eating away your muscles. Be careful good luck

    nicely in simple terms consume a healthful nutrients plan. and don't consume too plenty at night. And exersive for 4 hours on a normal basis for 2 weeks. i think of that should make a great distinction. yet you need to artwork complicated. Loosing weight isn't that common.
