    Fillet' of beef tenderloin top with lumps of dungeness crab, asparagus tips & myer lemon hollandaise sauce together with whole roasted garlic mashed new potatoes.

    Bananas Foster cheesecake for dessert.

    Casseroles. Somewhat quick to throw together and shove in the oven. Tamale pie is a favorite, so is Mexican pasta bake, and broccoli-cheese-rice-chicken bake. Enchiladas too.
