How to tell where questioners are from.?
I have this set at "USA only". But sometimes other answers mention the questioner is from another country. How can I tell where they are from when it's posted under "USA only".

You can't really tell, but some people have their preferences to show it. For example your question has the flag and country of origin below the question but not all the questions posted do.
Besides that, you can put any country you want in your preferences, some may put a false address in there to use a different yahoo server.
If they don't state which country they are in, there is not 100% way of knowing for sure.
