I Need Bra sizing help?!?
I wear a 32b and the band is fine but sometimes i pop out of the cup and I have to fix myself
and its annoying. I can't run around without thinking I'm going to show... What size am I? I feel like my bra is too tight should I get a 32c or a 34b?

If the band is tight but lets you put the finger behind it, it means that the band size is right and you need a bigger cup size, this would be 32C. However if you feel you can't breath or feel uncomfortable while sitting, try a bigger band size with the same or smaller cup size, this would be 34A or 34B. 34B has a cup one size larger then 32B and 34A has the cup size exactly as big as 32B, only the band is more loose. If playing with sizes doesn't help then switch to a different bra style. Every woman needs to find the one that fits her best, we are not built the same way!

If the band is fine, it's better to go up a cup than up a band. True, a 34B has bigger cups than a 32B, but loose bands also mean less support. Go for the 32C.

If you're popping out you need a bigger cup. And if the band is too tight, you may have to increase the band as well. Just go to a place that sells them and try different sizes and see what fits best. some stores will size you so you get the best fitting bra. :)

try a bigger cup if your boob is popping out... or if the whole thing is too tight, like the band, try a bigger band size as well.
so a 32c or 34c.
you can try on bras in the store to make sure they fit, and also in a proper lingerie/bra shop, the sales assistants will be more than happy to measure you and fit you into a perfect bra size. :) x

If you have a soft measuring tape you can measure yourself at home. Measure in inches all the way round your ribs right under your boobs, that number is your back size (if its odd go up 1). then measure all the way round at the fullest part of your boobs(make sure you are wearing a bra - but not a padded one) for every inch bigger its a size bigger eg. 1 inch bigger a cup, 2 inches b cup etc.

If you ask someone in a lingerie shop they will do a free measurement using a tailors measuring tape, this way you can get an accurate bra size or get a tailors tape and get a friend to measure around your back and breast.
