Should I use protein suppliments if trying to lose weight?
I'm in college and I lift weights at least 4 days a week. I decided that I want to lose some weight but I always drink muscletech whey protein after I lift, If I want to keep getting stronger and adding muscle, but lose some fat, should I stop drinking protein after I lift or will that have any effect on me at all?

Don't use protein shakes ever. If you stop working out for a week (for whatever reason) that muscle will turn to fat. Also its expensive.
Plus did you know there are the same benefits and nutritions in a pint of full fat milk as there is in a pint of protein shake.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise
