you need to drive before you can learn but no, people should be educated on how to do it safely and of the consequences. Maybe not positions and pleasures, but basic info on how it works in your body risks, and how to minimize them.

It's rather ignorant to have sex before you know nothing about it such as the consequences and what may happen if you indulge in unprotected intercourse.

no. Sex comes naturally, you know what to do and the basics, even if you've never done it, but driving a car requires a lot of thought.
