Many medical schools in the U.S. now offer "Complementary", "Integrative", or "Alternative" medicine programs for medical students. Here is a link to info. on the programs at U.C. San Diego's medical school.

The other option would be an accredited Naturopathic Medical School such as Bastyr University in Oregon (I see from their website they now have a campus in San Diego too).
