If you're looking for strength moves, you could really do just about anything. Put a rug down to decrease impact to the floor if you don't have carpet. For cardio, you could try a move where you lay on the floor, crunch, move to a squat, stand up, and reverse the process so you're laying down again. Hardly any impact, do it fast and/or long enough and it'll really work you.
