When I lay on my left side, the right side of my stomach will start to hurt. Usually it takes 5 minutes or so for pain to show up. I also have pain right now on my lower atomach area. They atent cramps though, what could it be??

Hello, I'm 17 years old. 4 days ago I had my first panic attack, since then I have not been myself. My anxiety has been slowly calming down each day, but now yesterday and today I had a strange feeling in my chest. Almost as if it was being tightened, today was worse. I also had upper back pains, mainly when laid down.

Is this normal? For it to continue without much anxiety?

Have seen Ouran Highschool Host Club, Fruits Basket, Special A, and Maid sama. Currently watching Inuyasha, and SAO.

I am new to anime. so far I've only seen Ouran Highschool Host Club, Special A, Fruits Basket, and I'm currently watching Inuyasha and Sword Art Online.

I would prefer ones with romance and no magic (dark animes) but I'll try anything.

I mean when I was younger, I wanted to be a veterinarian but I really don't have the grades for it (Im an A/B student, but mostly Bs)... But ohh man, my dad wants me to become a doctor ;(

I am a 16 year old girl, and I want to lose weight, I have been exercising daily, but to lose weight you should also change the way you eat (if you don't eat so healthy). So I want to start making healthy meals for myself, but I don't know anything about making meals....I tried asking my family but they don't really know either, they just eat whatever they want.

Is there anything that I should stay away from? I heard that I should stay away from pasta...

Can I try using tea tree oil?

I've had my period for about 2 years, my mom has always buys me pads, but I don't like pads because honestly, sometimes...I leak!!!.......so I took a tampon from my sister (I was careful to take it out on time, and to not sleep with it overnight), and I liked it, I didn't leak at all, and I didn't feel....dirty. but I don't know how to tell my mom if she can start buying me tampons, I just don't talk about this kind of stuff with my mom, it's super awkward.....

Can someone recommend me some tampon brands...for beginners (if there is such a thing) :)
