There is an option when youtubers upload videos that they can select that says "disable viewing on mobile devices" and people will check this box because they do not produce any revenue because there is no ad-sponsoring on youtube for mobile devices (and yes the ps3 is considered a mobile device on youtube). A lot of bigger youtubers will disable mobile viewing of their videos to produce the most revenue possible. If you're thinking that I'm wrong and you do see ads when watching youtube, that is actually the app playing the ad, and the ap is making the money, youtube is not actually playing the ad so the video creator does not make any money off of those ads. Basically it's just big youtubers that want more money so they don't let you watch their videos on mobile devices like the PS3 and phones.

LEO Privacy Guard displays the number of applications installed on the device, together with the amount of memory and traffic used. Shortcuts for sections are featured on the bottom of the screen. The interface itself doesn't come with settings, but changes can be made to each section of the app.
