How to subtract hours and minutes from a specific time in Excel?

I am adding H:MM in Excel but I need to subtract the H:MM from 450. I have 22:40 in J2, 16:09 in J3, 32:32 in J4, 33:20 in J5 & 35:21 in J6. I need to make another row to add all these times to equal hours and minutes. Please explain in detail

Update:

I'm sorry, I'm doing an intern and have to complete 450 hours and wanted to track my hours, so I'm trying to subtract all my hours from the total I have to complete...

    When you say 450 do you mean 4:50 AM or 16:50 or 450 minutes?

    Suspect you want this though

    A1 enter 4:50 (or 16:50 if PM)

    B1 your time(s)

    C1 =IF(A1>B1,(1+B1),B1)-A1 format as [h]:mm
