Does this make any sense?

Okay, so I'm 13, in the 8th grade. This guy in my class cut me. He stopped, but I can't believe how little the teacher did. My hands, legs, and arms are still filled with the scars he caused. Finding anything, broken rulers and a stick he sharpened. I showed the teacher some scars after my mom & my friends convinced me to. I told them teachers don't give a crap, but this still surprises me. She told him to tell me he was sorry and then let him go sit right back where he was right by me. What the heck? I usually take care of stuff myself, and this proves why ppl can't be trusted. Oh but wait, when a child so much as looks or breaths the wrong way around her they get lockdown for at least a week.
