Best shampoo and conditioner?!?
My hair is always dry or oily, and I have bad dandruff. My hair is thick and it will be dry right after I wash and dry it and then by the middle of the day it's oily again!
What shampoo and conditioner should I use? Or at least try. My hair is so damaged also, I'm dying my hair back to it's blonde color then I'm leaving it alone. Will vitamins also help repair it, I am always catching my hair falling out too.

. Eat protein since hair is made from it, massage your scalp every night and drink enough water a day. You can take vitamin E supplements for healthy skin, hair and nails. Some people take Biotin and that seems to help. The pro naturals brand is a good shampoo and conditioner, I know its made from argan oil and your hair is prone to getting oily but honestly it wont make your hair greasy. Plus its sulfate free unlike regular shampoos and sulfates are what strip hair color and dry out your hair. It'll help your hair to stop falling out so much.

I use Biolage Color Protecting shampoo and absolutely love it. I get oily hair pretty quick but with this shampoo and conditioner I can go a couple days without it being greasy. Don't condition every time you wash, or if you do find a mild conditioner that is safe for daily use. You can also buy hair masks to use once a week or so, I've tried a couple from Lush, not sure if you have one where you are, but they make fresh homemade cosmetics and the sales associates are always super helpful! I also take Biotin which helps cell growth; that means longer hair and longer/stronger nails! Good luck!
