I'd say 'dry' skin can mean two things. Either genuinely dry/non-oily skin, or dead skin build up. If your skin type happens to be dry, then you might have to do this more often to keep away the patches. If you're like me, and you get a lot of dead skin slowly building up, then this would probably be an 'every-two-weeks' kind of thing. I'll start my saying, this is so simple, when I found out I couldn't believe how well it worked.
1. Go to a dollar store
2. Buy exfoliating shower gloves. I'd recommend rougher ones. The gentler, the less results, I find. (https://www.google.ca/search?q=shower+gloves+exfol...
3. Keep the gloves dry, or wet them with warm water, and just rub the areas until the dead/dry skin is gone.
There you go, an instant solution that probably won't cost you more than $4!
Fair warning, don't scrub for too long, because you might accidentally scrub away healthy skin, and it'll feel really sensitive. The first time you'll probably go a bit too far, but no worries, it doesn't really hurt. I hope this works for you, and good luck!

I would say cleanse your face using a gentle face wash, pat dry with a soft towel, then apply a good moisturiser for sensitive or damaged skin like E45 cream which you can buy in Boots or most chemists, you don't need a presciption for it. With the spots it sounds like your skin is just having an angry reaction to the Revlon foundation, so avoid wearing any make-up until you've worked out your skin's sensitivity, even concealer, I'm afraid you're just going to have to wait until your skin calms down. There are brands out there for sensitive skin, if you can afford it Clinique is very good.

unfortunately you may be allergic to this foundation OR it is out of date!. You must check how it smells - if its not pleasant - you know you bought either a fake or out of date.
On the other hand look at ingredients see if anything else you've ever used had similar effect.
You must take foundation off in the evening to let your skin breath. Better still always use primer before applying foundation - it will be smoother on your skin and will not clog your pores, dirt and foreign substances on young skin pores =you end up with spots.
I would suggest in future trying either a fantastic primer (http://www.perfectfragrance.co.uk/product/beautycr... or a CC cream (http://www.perfectfragrance.co.uk/product/cc-cream...
or a see through silicone primer: http://www.perfectfragrance.co.uk/product/silicone... that will leave matt effect on your skin

There is no instant fix. You can try putting your face over a bowl of steaming water, this will add moisture to the deeper layers of the skin, but you have to apply a strong moisturizer after to lock it in. Scrubbing it won't help, and the breakouts won't go away overnight. You will just have to wait it out! Sorry!

Ahh I love the foundation im sorry it made you break out :(
Just moisturize it really well and use a BB cream, reapply it before you go to bed and before you go to school. It won't be back to perfect, but it will look better (:
P.s, the BB cream will also give you a tiny bit of coverage and just use a concealer (that won't make you break out) to finish the job!

You should wear light make up for the next days, maybe just bb cream and mascara and you could cover the pimple with some green concealer and on tiop a skin colored concealer

Your skin has had a bad reaction to the make up. Leave it make up free for a while to recouporate it then maybe try a foundation for sensitive skin
Good luck
