What other pokemon should i add to my pokemon black team?
Okay, so I've got a few pokemon in my team so far:
Chandelure - Fire/Ghost
Krookodile - Ground/Dark
Hydriegon - Dark/Dragon
Ferrothorn - Grass/Steel
And for my starter its gonna be either Oshawott or Tepig. I'm still trying to decide. The four pokemon listed above are my most definites, especially Krookodile. However, feel free to recommend anything, like what pokemon i should add to strengthen some weak points, which pokemon I should take out, and most importantly, which starter i should choose. I want my team to be pretty well rounded and to be able to take on anything that comes along. But I'm still not sure which pokemon I should add and delete. Thanks in advance.

I would choose oshawott as your starter. It's a very strong water type that can learn some ice moves. You'll definately need a water pokemon on your team, which I see you don't have yet. I would also add a flying type pokemon. There aren't many choices on flying pokemon in Black and White though.

Honestly dont use the starter pkms, they suck. With me you have a good team for far you just need a good electric and a good water type. A jolteon and maybe a gyarados would be pretty good. Jolteon is super fast with a great sp-atk and should be able to kill something fast, or if your like me get magnezone. I used him in my team and he always stayed with me. He has great defense and can learn magnet rise which then cant be hurt by ground moves for the time being. With him most attacks didnt do much against me. I gave him some speed evs and he even got enough speed to outspeed allot of pkm. And if you really want a starter i think oshawott would be the best. Chandelure is an amazing pkm and you should keep that beauty. Oshawott learns some good skills and can be a ok pokemon. ferrothorn beats snivy, snivy is a horrible pkm. It may be fast but it isnt all that strong.

Well, first off, I recommend getting a SNIVY, and not an oshawott or tepig. Here is why: oshawott is significantly slower than him (the same goes for tepig) and his move pool is extremely good once he reaches the 40s. Mine knows moves that raise speed and defense (coil) and one that raises attack and special attack (growth) which leaves room for an attack and a special attack. Or you could add sunny day and the effect of growth would be doubled. Then you should have a physical attack in this case. Now, another Pokemon you should get is tyranitar. You can catch a pupitar on route 15 once you beat the story mode. But if you need a pokemon for the actual story mode, i suggest a gigalith if you know somebody you can trade with, OR a dwebble. this may seem bad, but his evolution has GREAT defence, and you WILL need this for the dark and fighting elite four members. With this team, you will have Pokemon with speed and good attack, and Pokemon with devastating power, with the defense to back it up. I hope I was able to help, and PLEASE don't pick another fire/fighting starter!!!

To begin with scrap the Reshiram. You are not looking for two fire-varieties and fairly frankly, Reshiram (and Zekrom) are vulnerable Legendaries anyway. Exchange the Reshiram with say Haxorus. Subsequent maybe Gothitelle. Robust Psychic Pokemon. Next Eelektross. No weaknesses and really strong. That would be my workforce of 6. If that you would be able to coach an ice assault like Ice Beam or Ice Punch to someone, then do it.

Add an Emboar (you can still keep chandelure as they are very different) and try to add a dreamworld Golurk for dynamic punch

I'd get rid of Chandelure and get Tepig, keep that as your fire one so when it evolves it's a fire/fighting type. i'd also add a flying type so maybe a pidove? Then you need a water one so maybe panpour?
