Terrible back pain along with other symptoms?
I have a sharp pain in my back between my hips and waist region. I also have been having diarrhea since noon, fatigue, and just now my head is starting to hurt really bad. I dont quite know if i should head on over to the e.r or wait it out? The pain in my back is so bad, I cannot walk nor can i sit up. It just hurts and there is so much discomfort. Would anyone happen to know what could be causing this?

C Star, I would strongly suggest that you go ahead to Urgent care or ER or the Nurses Care that they have in some Walgreen's. Have you had any issues with UTI or any kidney pain. A kidney infection can cause an extreme amount of lower back pain, fever and nausea. Also a appendix rupturing came to mind which caused diarrhea when I had mine rapture many years ago(you did not say which side). Better to be safe than sorry. Many ER's have it now so that you can call set up your time to be there and then wait till your time arrives before you actually show up there. It makes it less tiresome, by waiting at home,instead of in the hospital. Regardless of what you do, you need to see the doctor, don't put it off God Bless Reggie
