Go to whois.domaintools.com and look up the domain. Generally, the nameservers will give away the hosting company, but if not, the IP address of the domain name could. You can do a reverse IP lookup on the domain & that may give it away.
This site purports to do this:

If you share the site here, maybe somebody could look this up for you. I'll check back in a bit to see if you do.

Only if the web site states who their hosting is provided by.
Otherwise you are out of luck.
You might could contact them and ask them nicely for the info.

As far as it being required to be listed somewhere, it is not.
You might can get the IP number of the site and then trace it down
as to who owns that range of numbers. That is about as close as your going to come.
It could very well just return the ISP and not who is hosting the site.
If you traced one of my IP numbers it would tell only the ISP and not who the host is.

It should be on the bottom left or right hand corner of the site or try to see the Contact Us
