How to build muscle when you have NO abs?
I'm trying to firstly burn fat (a lot) on my abs/tummy/sides area. I want to also build muscle. My abs and core are super extremely weak. What's the best exercise for muscle to start with? I find crunches difficult. So what's a good weak-ab starter?

You have abs,you just cant see them yet and yes you need to build them up like any other muscle and once you do that and have little body fat you will be able to see those abs perfect after that.I read a great article that can help you as well

Don't worry about your abs, work the rest of you, your abs will follow, they get used all the time, just like your calves and forearms, they are exponentially strong and very calorie efficient, for the average person to work them is self-defeating, too much pain, too little gain, that's why the diet industry hypes them up so much, they want you to fail, so you'll buy their crap!
I was a Champion Steroid-Free BodyBuilder, I'd only work abs 6 weeks prior to a show, mostly so I could flex them for long periods of time, without cramping. They got their work from working the rest of my body.
