To gain more mass, eat enough calories to be in a caloric surplus (eat more than you burn) while eating 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and .4 gram of fat per pound of body weight. The rest should be carbs if you want. Lift weights, preferably do an Upper/Lower split since this is the most optimal. Taking in a supplement won't magically make you gain muscle mass unless it's steroids, and even with steroids you would have to eat a lot and lift weights.
