Would you pick up someone else's dog poop if you came across it walking your dog?

Yes, I would. And I have.

Reason ... As an owner who walks my dog on what would be considered public property, I feel that I represent ALL dog owners who use those areas ... it's unfortunate that other owners can't be bothered to clean up after their dogs, but my greater concern is that dog owners, in general, are seen as responsible. I wouldn't want someone else's failure to pick up poop to reflect negatively on me or on other owners who DO take the few seconds to clean up after our dogs.

Nope. There was an older man who used to walk his dog down our street when I was younger. For whatever reason, he felt his dog could hold it until they got home which led to the dog walking WHILE pooping all over the sidewalk. Even when it happened in front of our house, my parents just kicked it into the yard and made a joke about natural fertilizer.

Not all ways it kind of depends if it is in the way and sure to be stepped in then yes. Also if I am all ready picking up after my dogs and it is right there. I also cleanup at the hotel I stay at I don't want to be blamed for someone else.

    Nope.

It's gross enough to pick up my own dogs poop... like I am going to clean up after someone else's.

    In all honesty....No I wouldn't.

I pick up my own dog's so why should I be held responsible for another's dirty work?

If it was in my yard, yes. Stuff is nasty when it gets in the lawn mower! As for the neighbors... They're on their own, LOL.
