SA-MP "San Andreas Multiplayer" keeps crashing at loading screen, please help?

Hello ... i just recently downloaded SAMP and san andreas from a torrent ... I was told if san andreas is version 1 ... i can play samp? ... anyway i downloaded samp and its in the folder ... I click on samp and try to enter a server.... and it crashes at loading screen after it finishes loading.... Here is the error report I got from SAMP.

    Better to buy the DVD (v2) and then downgrade it to remove the programming that blocks modding.

    When you steal the game (torrent/warez/pirated) you don't know what you've got. Including the possible gift of a Virus. Since there are too many variables involved there is usually no fixes other than to buy the real Game.

    So... Start with deleting the gta_sa.set file, as there may be conflicting data in it. It is recreated during/after each sucessful game session. It is sort of a Config file containing data from the computer that made it, which may have changed do to System upgrades, etc.

    Hard Drive? You said PS2. PS2 is a Game on Disc. If you have managed to copy your PS2 disc to the Hard Drive of a computer that's your problem. the fix would be to buy a proper DVD for the computer. Don't download the game even from legit sources they have problems too.
