How to connect Reliance Broadband connection to Wireless router?

I have a reliance internet connection which I want to connect to my D-Link wireless router.

Details: My connection does not have a modem. It is connected directly to the system. Though I've been provided with a Login and Password which I have to enter at an given IP address to access internet.

My router model is D-Link DIR-600L

The connection works fine when I connect it directly to my system but when I connect it to the WAN port of modem and then connect my PC through LAN port I am not able to connect. Not even to the reliance login page.

Can someone please guide me how to setup my router.

Update:

@indian sage the LEDs are on showing WAN LAN and wifi all on. the settings are in DHCP mode.

    check if your device is ok? i mean led indications, they're all functional is it?

    log in to your router and check the settings, if any. if nothing helps use a phone
