no you cant own the rights to it :/
not unless its just in the background, but if its the main point of the video then you can get in trouble.
the music will still belong to the artists or producers no matter what.

You're copying somebody else's work when you do that. If it's kind of in the background and this is just for your own personal use, it's likely not a big deal. If this is something you're putting out there publicly and the music is noticeable, you're likely to run into issues.
