Locker showed a lot of promise in college and his first year. It all is contingent on his ability to stay healthy, which I really doubt. This next year will be the decider, but he could definitely form into a strong starter.

I think that he could become solid with some help from his D and OL, plus if Kenny Britt focused on football he could be a top 7-8 WR easy.
