Which PC game should I get?

I've been looking at Black Ops II, Assassin's Creed III, or Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

OR actually, a game that has a great replay value. And if it includes multi-player component, even better.

So which one of the three should I get? Or better yet, if you guys could suggest a game that has a great replay value, I'd love to hear it! Thanks.

    Warcraft 3 frozen thorne good game!!!!!
