How to make a paper cylinder?

I have to make one with a 15cm Height and 6.4 Radius Or 12.8cm Diameter, please help

    You get a piece of paper, with the dimensions of its height by its circumference. In this case, that would be 15 cm by 40.2 cm, remember that pi * diameter = circumference. Then you roll it along the circumferential dimension, and now you have your cylindrical surface.

    Then, you make two circles each of that radius you need, and use them as end caps for the cylinder. Get some tape and adhere them to the cylinder body.
