In my book, DX is the better faction. Since I love the funny DX promos.
But, to me the best faction of all time is The Corporate Ministry. That was a group of evil, sadistic, and cold blooded WWE Superstars who would sacrifice anyone.

Actually DX was/is better. It had the perfect people as its members and was very successful in mocking their rivals in a humorous way and went onto win many times and have inscribed their name. nWo was in a better posture when it had the original 3 until Big Show (then The Giant) and Syxx joined the faction. By 1998, nWo became so lame that it divided into two more factions- Hollywood and Wolfpac. These both really sucked and included almost 95% of the WCW roster. DX was far better in almost of their runs but was at it's best during the Attitude Era.

Have to go with the Original D-generation-X. They had the best wrestlers and were way more entertaining. As for NWO for me they were just powerful because they had big guys within their pack.
I did enjoy the NWO: wolfpack though they were awesome but then that was WCW.
NWO did have alot more of a stable (more guys) and that kinda ruined it because almost the whole roster were NWO lol. But DX all the way. :-)
