I've been told I look like I'm about to cry?
Last time I remember being told this was when a kid in my junior high class asked me if I was okay or something along those lines. I was fine, my eyes weren't watery, and I had my everyday poker face on--not a real poker face, I mean the "poker face" meme. My real poker face is terrible :/
It never bothered me, but I've looked at myself in the mirror a few times and wondered if it's just because my eyes have a stronger eyeshine effect(though nowhere near as strong as glowing cat eyes), or my tear ducts are always full, but not to the point where I can feel the fluid welling up. Thoughts?

Yeah the eyeshine effect and full tear ducts will really make your eyes seem watery but maybe you had just yawned or something. Anyways it's not something to worry about, you should be happy! My eyes are always dry and it gets really annoying :P Best of luck to you!
