Is my weight ok???????????????

I'm 5'8 and 115lbs am I ok or do I need to lose or gain weight?

    If you are eating right and exercising (not excessively) you are most likely a healthy weight for your body. Everyone is different, some people are naturally prone to being skinny, some lean toward obesity.

    Most would say you are underweight, but I'm sure you are OK if you are eating enough.

    I think it is always sad to see a 14 year old completely incapable of finding information on the Web. Pathetic actually. People who need or expect others to find the answers for them have a name: losers.

    For a 14 year 0 month aged 5'8" female the range of healthy weight is 104 -154

    For a 14 year 11 month aged 5'8" female the range of healthy weight is 107-158

    Yes! Actually you might want to gain just about 3 or 4 pounds. Your current weight is good though.
