What's the most romantic thing you've done for your partner/girlfriend/fiancé/wife?

Just out if curiosity! I mean it's valentines soon and I just wondered what's the cutest or sweetest thing you've had done for you or what have done for the one you love? :)

I left her a love letter at the house in a bottle. At the end of the letter I instructed her by poem to drive to Victorias Secret. Once she got there, I had her ask for a specific person (can't remember the name). That girl had a previously purchased and gift wrapped box of lingerie that I had purchased. In the gift wrapped box, I had another poem with instructions to meet me at a Hotel downtown. When she got to the desk at the hotel, I had left a room key for her in her name with another poem to meet me in the room. I had the room prepared with candles and rose pedals from the door to the bed and then rose pedals on the bed. There was a poem there, I was hiding in the closet and waited for her to change into the outfit I bought her and for her to start reading the poem that was on the bed...I then walked out and we started our night ; )

ive only dated 3 guys and im 24 so i still have a lot of years to be romantic.. but to date. the most romantic/best thing ive ever done for my significant other is: I combined his 2 favorite things in the whole world... Baseball and country music

I showed up with a single flower with a blue ribbon tied around it. I told him we were going to a baseball game but I kept the after show a secret...

pro baseball game: our seats were 7th row from dugout. he was amazed how good the seats were. (i personally dont like sitting that close bc im worried about a stray ball the whole game but he loved it) also there was a Dierks bentley concert right after the game. They set up a quick stage on the field and he came out and performed. It was perfection. He could not stop smiling the entire time and I lost count of how many times he told me how much he was loving every moment. It was the best gift i have ever given.

Well me and my hubby work two different shift so we barley get to see each other. He works the second shift and I work the first shift. The only time we see each other is on the weekends. I know pretty sad, but anyway when valentine came I went out and bought a vase, box of Chocolate and some mix Flowers, I came home and that night made his most favorite dish which is my Special shrimp stire fried. I also made some beef with vegetable stire fried too. Before I went to bed I set up the table with the flower, box of Chocolate and the dish I made. I wrote him a love letter telling him how much I love him and how much of a sweet heart husband he is to me. I turned of the light and went to bed. When he came home he was surprise and touch at the same time. You see my hubby is not a very romantic guy so you would expected him doing this for me..but I don't mind. Anyway, he had his dinner and the next Morning when I work up to go work I found my letter with his writing added to it. He said I was so sweet and that he wish he can cook such a good meal for me too but he don't know how but he loves me too. The End

I live in central Florida, and one year we had a terrible time with hurricanes. Well, we got hit with over 100 mph winds with Hurricane Francis, and then 13 days later, the same with Hurricane Irene. I lost 2 screen doors and the screens from my screen room, not bad, and my girlfriend lost some of her soffit and facia, but overall we were lucky. Many lost many tiles and water leaked in their homes and there were quite a few roofs blown off. The worst part is we lost electric for 11 days, at the height of the Florida summer and humidity. It was 90+ for all 11 days. Well, my neighbor had a generator and had let my use one extension cord, so I had a fan and some light, but my girlfriend had nothing. She was eating cold canned food, and having a well and no electricity, she had no water and no toilet. On the third day after the last hurricane, I found one Chinese take out place open working off of a generator and only taking cash. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my girlfriends favorite, beef and broccoli, a cold can of coke and a side of fried rice. I then drove to her house and asked her to come out to my car, where I had turned the air all the way up. She got in and was ecstatic. When we finished eating, I told her to get a change of clothes and I took her to my house and hooked the electric line to my water pump so she could take a shower and change. Then I gave her a battery powered fan that I had been using and took her to the park where the national guard was handing out bags of ice cases of water, and self heating army meals. I had also given her a battery powered 9 inch tv that I had (rabbit ears). I took her home and she hugged me for about 10 minutes. She later told me that she felt like she was in a luxury hotel for the rest of the few days that the electric was out because of the stuff that I had gotten her and the meal in the car.

Want to know how to get your ex back? Change yourself. Don't worry about changing other people, worry about changing yourself. Go to https://tr.im/yJuWL

Once you do that then you can start to worry about getting back together with your ex, other wise you will find that you are fighting about all the same things and getting no where. Do what it takes and I promise things will work out in your favor.

The funny thing is I came to the realization that I had to change a little too late. After I was kicked out and after I was about to lose the only things that truly mattered to me - her love. A funny thing happens when we truly love someone and lose them. We do what ever it takes to get them back. For me I had to drop bad habits that had caused not only our relationship to sour but practically every other relationship I had had in the past. Not only with women, but with friends, co-workers, family, you name it.

Which is why I say to you as my ex at the time said to me, the only thing you can do is change yourself. Work on yourself and improve on the person that you already are. Drop the negative things in your life that don't belong there and you will see all of your relationships start to take off to new heights.

I bought my husband a 1966 Mustang than needed very little work. Motor was rebuilt by amateurs so he bought a 302 to put in it. But it has absolutely no rust, the interior is great and the paint looks nice. A $9000 car as it sits now; I only paid $1000! He hugged me almost every day for six months.

My boyfriend and I both really wanted to go over sea's for holiday but we just hadn't saved up enough money. So after, starting a privite account that he didn't know about and saving up along with him, We got half and half. So, I got his brother in on it to help me and we made up a scavenger hunt and gave him clues, each clue was around our town and had some valentines chocolate and some "International" clues (hoping he would catch on). Bottom line, after searching around almost all night, he ended up finding me back at the appt where I had some German takeaway food waiting (yes, takeaway) over candlelight. And after making some homemade german dessert, I came out with it along with the tickets on the side of the plate.

All you boys are making me jealous. Anyways. I remember when my husband sneaked in roses, chocolates, and a valentine to my work. It was there waiting for me that morning. It was sweet. Also, when we were dating, He was working at a hotel and they were having some sort of convention. the convention was over and the place was FILLED with flowers. He brought every last pink and red rose home and i woke up to an apartment overflowing with roses. Was very thoughtful.

I once took a girlfriend to the Mount Airy Lodge Honeymoon resort and we pretended we were married.

It was a HOOT. We got a deluxe room, with an indoor pool and sauna......heart shaped jacuzzi........the works.

We didn't leave the room for 3 days.

On the 4th day.........we decided to eat dinner in the dining room, with the other couples,, and we got picked to play the "Newlywed Game"......and we WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We won 3 more days, in a different luxury suite!!!!!!!!!

Best freaking time EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Made love in the pool, the sauna, the hot tub, ...just banged our brains out, for a week straight.

    Good times!

I set up candles and a rose petal path that led him into the bathroom, where I had hidden my iPad in the cabinet, it was playing the Love Songs station on Pandora. I filled a hot bath and added scented oil and a red non-staining dye to the water. When my boyfriend came home, I waited in the bathroom in lingerie and holding to glasses of red wine, "Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith was playing as he walked in. I fed him chocolates in the bath then we watched our favorite movie together (which I had set up), and ate pizza (ordered ahead of time).
