First Class Flying Experience?

In the past couple of years I've flown First Class twice on different airline carriers: SFO to CDG on Air France and LAX to MUC on Lufthansa. Nest week I'll be flying First Class again from LAX to LHR, this time on British Air. Of the 3 carriers, which offers the best First Class flying experience?

Update:

Married and have 2 kids. And for the record, being gay is not wrong, just like being of Chinese or Czech parentage is not wrong. Your fingers must be all scraped up from dragging your hands along the ground. Go spout your ignorance elsewhere.

Update 2:

@Doo-Lin: There was an earlier post that has since been deleted. The post said something to the effect of "being gay is wrong". IDK what that has to do with BA, AF,or LH First Class, or why that person posted at all.

British Airways is rated better than Lufthansa and Air France for their first class flying experience. I have also flown on LH and AF in their first class cabins. For me, British was better. The flight crew was more personable and more willing to assit you. You will just have to see which one you prefer.
