    You get notifications through email and in your YouTube inbox

    In youtube go to inbox, it should say "Someone replied" :)

    if you log in and look in the top right of ur screen, you'll see ur youtube or gmail ID. Click that, click inbox and it should say so there :)

    You can also have alerts sent to your email.
