yes its just a con to get you to pay main dealer prices, you can get a service printout from any dealer though.

This is typical of their impersonal and autocratic style. Try ringing one of their mercedes direct sales outlets and all you get is a call centre who can tell you nothing about a given car but want to book you a test drive. You now have to book a service by call centre too with again no close contact to discuss your needs. In my experience they also go not one inch further than the letter of their warranty.
