When does a human fetus have blood circulating through it?

I'm curious of exactly how old a fetus is when it first develops blood. We know the soul/life is in the blood, so exactly when is that?

Day 22: heart begins to beat with the child's own blood, often a different type than the mothers'.

In the early fetus, erythropoiesis (blood production) takes place in the mesodermal cells of the yolk sac. By the third or fourth month, erythropoiesis moves to the spleen and liver.

In the first trimester fetus, the liver is the main site of red blood cell production. By the 32nd week of gestation, the bone marrow has almost completely taken over that task.

Here's how the yolk sac looks like:

Fetus receives all their food and blood circulation through the mothers umbilical cord..after the fetus is three month old, as far as my biological information is concerned.

I graduated in Science of Earth, but this is a Biology question and can only be answered correctly by a doctor and someone studying medicine.
