jetstar airlines bad service?

i have been waiting for a refund from jetstar for over 1 month and just keep getting told we will sort it out.I have spoken to there call centre many times which is pointless as there english is not good and spoken to customer service 5 times too.Basically what are my options for taking further action against them im tired of being told they will sort it out and nothing happens ps still havnt recieved my refund !

    IDGAF, contacting the ombudsman in writing with a copy to the General Manager of the airline, also attach copies of the previous correspondence, to the Ombudsman and the Airlines GM.
