I wasnt married when i had my kids. Their dad and I are married now but they have my maiden name anyone know how i can change their last name to their dads?

    You should have rejected his advances, and stopped having kids with him until you got married.

    Its fairly easy and inexpensive to have the birth certificate changed. You and the children's father will need to sign off on this change. Just go to the family court house, the clerk will give you the necessary forms to file .

    I suppose the reason you chose to have bastard children was so the govt would pay for their birth.
