Internet service provider/ internet speed help?
hello i am currently under century link in colorado springs, CO and have a plan for 28mbps down and 7 mbps up. i just ran 10 speed tests and came up with 0.77 mbps down and 1.23 mbps up. (speedtest.net) what should i do? call my ISP or what?

first restart all routers, computers to see if it fixes it, if that doesnt do it than call your ISP

Don't call yet. You need to disconnect and leave off you modem and or router for awhile. Turn them back on. You speed should be back to normal. The issue is that signals drop sometimes, an errors happen. If this doesn't work, call your ISP.
