Iv just recently broke up with my unborn baby's dad he's controlling lazy greedy but worse of all he plays mind games, he's got 3 kids to another woman hears my problem he's refusing to give one of the kids back he's also got the child to tell people that he's getting bullied at home buy his other sibling I know his dad put it in his head and I know he's only doing all this so he can claim benifits for him, so I'm worried he's going to try and take my unborn baby away from me when it's born I'm not involved with police sociol services ect he is so do use think he will be able to do this to me? I don't think that you have anything to worry about. A judge would be a fool to let him have your child while he's already taking care of 3. From what you are saying your ex should not even have those kids with him. The best thing for you to do is to get you a lawyer before your child is born. That way there your lawyer will be able to tell you what you need to do. And try not to worry until you have spoken to a lawyer because it's not good for you or the baby.
