What would be a good time to stop eating for the night while on a diet?

Unfortunately I gained a little weight after detouring from my normal diet plan, but I am back on track and trying to make a few changes, starting with the time to "close up shop" for the night until breakfast. I've seen a lot of sources that say 7pm but that's kinda hard since I get off of work at 6. Any suggestions?

    Laina <3 I have the experience that the best clock that has worked and has not finished the pile, after 4 months, is a kenneth cole

    8 p.m is good just a few hours before going to bed you want to sit up after eating to digest probably cause you definetly don't want to wat then go to bed
