your board has one pci-ex16 slot so any latest pci-ex16 card will work.
what is your budget and what power supply do you have? if you are looking for budget card then at very very minimum I recommend radeon hd 5570 for Rs.3300.anything below that is not fast enough for any type of games.

If your budget is 5500 then go for sapphire ATI RADEON HD 6670 1 GB DDR 5 but not for DDR 3 THERE is not any cost difference so you can run gta 4 also at very high settings just check your power supply before going for it.its a very good card
