I feel so guilty after eating?

I am sitting here feeling horribly horribly guilty for eating lunch... I had a salat made with mixed salad greens, tomatoes, grilled skinless chicken breast, a little boiled potato and a tbsp of homemade olive oil and vinegar dressing. I don't know how many calories are in it but my mind is screaming that it was TOO MUCH.

Please help me resist the urge to go and purge... I used to suffer from Anorexia Nervosa Purging subtype and weighed 92lbs (I'm 5'7'')... I'm recovered and now weigh 130lbs, wish I weighed 115lbs and am so so scared of relapsing

    First of all, and most importantly, congratulations on your recovery. That's very impressive :) try and remember that a relapse will ultimately make you more miserable than you feel now for having for what I would say was a very healthy lunch. And a 5'7" I would say any weight loss would be a mistake - 130lbs is the weight that people find the sexiest ;) remember, you're beautiful and hey - you need to eat to live! As long as you're eating healthily, you can be happy. You just need to let yourself

    You lunch sounds very healthy to me so please try and stop worrying. I understand that guilty feeling you have though, although I don't have an ED. A lot of the people I work with eat greasy rolls eg bacon, sausage in the morning. And I know that if I ate one I'd feel guilty all day. You lunch was extremely healthy, nutritious and low fat. So try accept that and maybe try distract yourself! Hope your ok and all the best with your recovery

    what you ate was healthy....don't worry.

    okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

    Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)

    eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a slow cooker /food steamer & rice/pasta cooker to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink mainly water (green tea , juice & milk being the other options you drink). If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.

    also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.

    * you should lose about 10 lbs per month

    ** for a very healthy "snack"..learn how to make "huumus" (look online for very easy recipe)..it fills you up and is very low in calories and is very tasty.
