How much should I weigh?

Currently I'm 5'8 and 115lbs. I am 14 years old and I eat healthily and exercise a lot, Irish dancing, hockey, athletics, soccer, gaelic football. My measurements are 32-24-34. In the last few months I've lost 20lbs. Everyone tells me I'm skinny but I just don't see it, I feel really fat. How many more pounds should I lose? What is my ideal weight?

    For your height and age, you're at the right weight. Might even be a little underweight.

    For your height, sounds to me like you are on the quite small side already. You shouldn't Ty to lose anymore. I anything gaining a couple wouldn't hurt. Continue what your doing eating right and exercising, if you' lose some that's fine, and if you gain some that's perfectly fine to intact it's probably muscle! I am 14 an 5'4 and weigh 118 and do not look "fat" or over weight at all I maintain a healthy diet and am Very athletic and have a lot o Muscle, sounds like you are perfectly normal to me. Stop trying so hard!! It's a good way to develope eatin disorders witch are very serious issues

    Your weight is good. You don't need to loose any weight. I'm you age and I weight 114 and I feel kinda insecure. I'm getting use to my weight. When u feel fat say your beautiful and smart and that your skinny.
