I have a cookie in my computer that appears constantly....?

I want to get rid of it and have not yet found a solution. I went to Programs and removed what I found but said that part will remain. Do you have a solution to this?

    Go to cnet and download Ccleaner.

    Uncheck saved passwords, and analyze. Tell it to clean and do it till it says0 bytes left. Do the same with Applications.

    It might be a cookie from your provider also.
