Where is my catalyst located? They sell catalysts for some in the front and some for the rear.
I live in California and need one that will pass the smoke check.
I am absolutely sure I need one.

your car has both a front and rear catalytic converter. so you need to figure out which one you need, probably the front.

What makes you think you need a new one? Don't go buying one you don't need.
