Tale (accompanied by a question) of 2 Australian prisoners in foreign countries & apparent double standards?

Recently it had been revealed, that a prisoner, who has an Australian citizenship, died, or committed suicide, in Israeli prison, where he was held for passing information which betrayed his colleagues, who killed some terrorist in Dubai. Regarding that, I would like to mention that there are some, in the US and elsewhere, who falsely accuse Pollard (a prisoner in the US) of "passing information to foreign countries, which caused the deaths of US agents", whereas in reality, he passed some information to Israel, which caused absolutely no harm to the US, or to anyone else (but those accusations are similar to other well known false accusations some in the US make, such as "ethnic cleansing", "WMDs", and this kind of stuff). In any case, Australia demands explanations from Israel.

In South Africa, there is a man, married to an Australian woman (I understand that according to Australian law, it doesn't officially make him an Australian citizen, but still...), who is in prison since almost 20 years ago, which is since before the 1994 elections, which were supposed to mark a new era, that of truth and reconciliation, in South Africa. He is in prison for supplying the gun, with which a person-with a lot of blood of innocent people on his hands-was killed. That prisoner is over 70 years old, very ill, and doctors don't predict he has many years to live. But he is still in prison. And I have never heard about any protests from Australia.

Can anyone give me a sufficient explanation as to why it is, that there is so much noise about a traitor, of the worst kind, committing suicide after spending little time in Israeli prison, while there is that dead silence about that terminally ill prisoner in South Africa?!

This is a problem which Poland and Australia should constantly be reminded of; they should take care that these two gentlemen are released from South African prison, after all those years, which were supposed to mark "truth and reconciliation" in South Africa.

The second story is irrelevant. He is not an Australian. He is married to an Australian that is all - Australia has no responsibility to him at all. The only question/issue is that Australia was not even notified that the first prisoner was in prison - that is what the kerfuffle is all about. Just notification.

I agree there are double requirements, but the primary rationale is that where the White population is the majority and are as a rule within the major positions of vigour and have an effect on( politics, finance, police and navy) then minority organizations will perpetually play the race card. The biggest bug-undergo for me is when the media( BBC and so on) and liberal "intelligentsia " then bounce on the bandwagon and begin moralising and conducting their anti-racist witchhunts and in doing so tar all White people with the "racist" tag. Then the politicians comply with the media and you become with poorly construed laws and ridiculous principles reminiscent of Multiculturalism........The most divisive, racist and prejudiced suggestion to pollute the attitude of mankind. It may take generations for incomers to entirely integrate into based communities. Why does all people attempt to make it happen in a single day. It just isn't viable, without doubt not on the size the this gov't expects. Like many others I too resent the marginalising of our historical past and tradition in deferrence to overseas cultures. We now have a historical past that wasn't continually beautiful or pc but it's fact and it acquired us to the place we are at present. Many things accomplished, suffered and innovated by our ancestors are matters we will take satisfactory delight in and for which the arena is grateful. Most different cultures would most likely envy our history and culture if it weren't regularly denied, hidden and pushed aside by using laptop politicians seeking quick term political capabilities. In my view the term "Racist" is losing have an impact on , the equal means the word F*ck and of course, N!Gger is dropping have an effect on through over use and use out of context. If someone had been to name me a racist i would recall that a judgement on them , plus i'd ask them to have chat with my grandson.........Who's Black ( blended race for many who wish to be specified about these matters)!

You need to ask reporters, editors, and broadcasters. They decide what gets press or broadcasted and what doesn't.

In the US citizens use guns very day to defend themselves and we hear nothing about it. One wacko every few years goes on a shooting spree and it gets months of daily press; while cries grow to disarm all of us so the people too lame to defend themselves or people around them aren't so embarrassed by people who can.

When a bystander with a gun stops a mass shooter in his tracks, we get a day or two of brief mention or just a couple lines in a back page.

Explain that one if you can. Could it be part of an agenda to weaken us like you Aussies have been so we are less able to resist the power-mad tax-sucking empire builders when we can't stand them anymore; or is it just that the thumb-sucking little babies in adult bodies Americans, and Aussies, have become like to be reassured they aren't just weenies afraid to stand against big, bad, scary people? Do they eat up news showing it's normal to be helpless little nits and they shouldn't need to defend themselves?

Do they expect the whole world should be made nice and safe for them all ways and always by their mommies and daddies in governments even if it costs them everything they have and all of what freedom hasn't already been taken? That's a rhetorical question we both know the answer.

Source(s): For decades I studied philosophies, cultures, and social institutions. I began that because of confusion resulting from my military experience under the shadow of neo-Marxist anti-military and anti-capitalism indoctrination in the universities. I continue a forty year quest wading through the huge pile of stinking crap a wide variety of bigots dumped on top of truth hiding it from nearly everyone's view. The pile was made by blaming people they don't like while excusing people they do like regardless of where the fault really lies.

The man who died in Israel is unlikely to have committed suicide, and he didn't pass on any secrets. They thought he might so they silenced him
